Mr. Prasad is a Metallurgical Engineer. He has reputation of taking over sick companies and turning them into bustling profitable units in no time. He forayed into business with a mini steel plant business and acquired M/s. Tema Steel Co Ltd., Ghana West Africa in 1989. He was awarded “The Most Successful and Innovative Entrepreneur” for the African region in the year 1996 by UNIDO. Mr. Prasad had promoted several industries in the following sectors in India and abroad and has built a Business Conglomerate of USD 1.2 Billion spanning over 16 countries.

He is a Graduate Engineer having more than two decades of experience at key positions in Management level and various consulting engineering firms. He has exposure in the Design, Engineering, Tendering, Management and provided Consulting services in various sectors like Cement, Power, Textile, Chemical Plants, water and sewerage treatment plants, infrastructure projects including Residential and Chemical projects. He held the key management position in various MNCs in the past.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and completed his post graduation in Business Management from highly reputed institute In India and Diploma in Strategic Management from CIM, UK. He has also done extensive Executive Program in Developing & Managing Brands conducted by IIM, Ahmedabad. He is having 24 years of rich experience, exposure and excellent track record of achievements in the field of Business Development, International Business Management and Operations with reputed organizations. He has traveled extensively in more than 50 countries and developed business in more than 60 countries right from Europe, USA, South America, Middle East, Far East to Africa.
